What A Year! What an experience....

Well here we are 4 January 2011 and i cant help but think that a year ago we had 2 salons - Hilton and Morley and were quite happy with ourselves till we were offered the Victoria Park salon on 2 January 2010 and we took up the offer. So thinking back soooooo much has happened first of all we decided that Morley wasnt as financially viable as we wanted it to be and we let that go in April. Then we focused on Victoria Park and after some staff changes we were on the path to success. Hilton also saw some changes and its been a creative force in the Fremantle area. Christmas was busy and the buzz in the salons was great, some staff are on holidays now and the next few weeks will be busy as we are short staffed so we will look forward to everyone returning. So what would my motto be for 2010 - Stay focused and stick to your purpose no matter what!

Two weeks later

So far so good, we are using the products more confidently and im getting a better grounding on what to use on clients especially changeing over our great regular clientelle. Its been a great way of evaluating my clients needs , so for the next few eeks we have GHD and Hair Talk hair extensions coming into the salon, so its very exciting!
